ColdVector (“we”) is a technology and digital marketing agency based in São Paulo, Brazil, and operates the website coldvector.com. This Privacy Policy explains, in plain language, what personal data we collect, why we collect it and what your rights are, in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018) and, where applicable to visitors from the European Economic Area, the GDPR.
1. What data we collect
Data you provide. When you fill in our contact form we collect: full name, corporate email, company, approximate budget, service of interest and your message. Providing this data is optional, but necessary for us to reply to you.
Data collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers log technical navigation data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and access date/time, used for security and diagnostics. We store only your language preference locally in your browser (localStorage).
2. How we use your data
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare commercial proposals (steps prior to entering into a contract);
- To communicate about ongoing projects or negotiations (legitimate interest);
- For security, fraud prevention and compliance with legal obligations.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making and we never sell personal data. We only send marketing communications if you request them, and you can opt out at any time.
3. Cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure site audience in aggregate — pages visited, session duration, device/browser type and approximate location. For that, Google sets first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_*, lasting up to 2 years) that identify your browser in pseudonymised form; GA4 does not log or store IP addresses in its reports. This data is processed by Google LLC on our behalf. Beyond that, we rely only on essential technical storage (such as your language preference) — we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can manage or block cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of measurement by installing the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
4. Who we share data with
Your data may be processed by service providers that supply our infrastructure (hosting, email) and audience analytics (Google LLC — Google Analytics), always limited to what is necessary and bound by confidentiality obligations, or disclosed where required by law or by a competent authority. We serve clients in Brazil, Italy and the United States; any international data transfer follows the safeguards of the applicable data protection laws (LGPD arts. 33 et seq.; GDPR Chapter V where applicable).
5. How long we keep data
We keep contact data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and the ensuing negotiation, and afterwards only for as long as required by legal obligations or the exercise of legal rights. Data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.
6. Security
We apply market-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration — including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access control and regular security updates. No system is 100% infallible; in the event of a relevant incident we will notify affected individuals and the competent authorities as required by law.
7. Your rights
You may at any time request: confirmation that we process your data; access to it; correction of incomplete or outdated data; anonymisation, blocking or deletion; portability; information about sharing; and withdrawal of consent (LGPD art. 18; GDPR arts. 15–22 where applicable). To exercise your rights, write to contato@coldvector.com — we reply within 15 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Brazilian data protection authority (ANPD) or, in the EEA, with your local supervisory authority.
8. Data protection officer and contact
ColdVector’s data protection officer (DPO) can be reached at contato@coldvector.com.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. The current version will always be published on this page, with the update date at the top.
